Calculator Games

I’m Clint — a product engineer building software that makes healthcare work better.

The calculator that started it all.

I’ve been writing code since I was a kid with a TI-86 calculator, trading games and learning the basics of Assembly. That early curiosity turned into a career I love—engineering software that’s useful, durable, and built to handle real-world complexity.

I spent high school in a pre-engineering program, then dove deep into computer science in college. By the time I graduated, I was building full-stack systems and contributing to open source.

After graduation I landed a job and my very own project, the software for a vehicle diagnostic tool. This set the tone for the impactful work I'd do later.

My first major project was a car diagnostic tool, and it set the tone for the impactful work I'd do later.

These days, I focus on healthcare: building systems that help data move smoothly and securely, even in highly regulated environments. I’m especially interested in interoperability—FHIR, HL7v2, and the tools that make complex systems feel simple.

My career has been a journey of growth, challenges, and victories. Each new project is a fresh opportunity, and I'm excited for what's next.

Outside of work, I’m usually with my family, trying a new recipe on the grill, or chasing my son around the golf course.
